Electro-mechanical braking system spindle unbalance axis trajectory purification and feedback method

The brake disc spindle of the electromechanical braking system will be accompanied by vibration unbalanced fault during rotation operation, which affect performance system. In view this phenomenon, based on ensemble empirical mode decomposition algorithm and related energy operation theory, an offline purification program for axial trajectory are designed. Meanwhile, online control feedback procedure designed Cspace controller. Based experimental bench electro-mechanical was set up, experiments were conducted respectively. results show that EEMD theory can purify discs draw ideal map; meanwhile, data shows time required from monitoring to completion process is 1.278 s, effectively achieve purpose emergency in case sudden failure. Through research, a new idea provided development detection feedback.
